Fairway Pines
This community is located off 67 North in the same area as Eagle Pines, but this
community sits on the golf course. It is a covenanted community, but there is no active HOA. They do allow fencing like split rail. You can watch the elk on the golf course from here. UTILITIES: City water/sewer.

Morning Sun - This community, for the most part, is located up the side of the mountain with lots of properties bordering National Forest. The homes are generally bigger and more expensive...some with amazing views of Pikes Peak!

This neighborhood is located off Evergreen Heights Road just past the Red Mountain Adventure Park and right before Meadow Wood Sports Complex. It is popular due to its moderate pricing and proximity to parks.
Paradise Estates - North of Morning Sun, this community also has some properties bordering National Forest and awesome views. The homes are generally larger and more expensive.

This community is located just outside of Woodland Park off Edlowe Road. There are NO COVENANTS in this community. Dues are $350/year, but are not mandatory. They are for road maintenance and fire association. If you do not pay your dues, you will not have your roads maintained or snow plowed. Contact me for a "Just the Facts" document you will find very helpful if you are interested in this subdivision. 
Ridgewood - Located outside of Woodland Park on Highway 67 North. More rural with lots of trees. Visit their website at www.ridgewoodhoa.org.
Sunnywood - This community is located on 67 North near the golf course. It's close to the 24-hour
gym and walking/biking trail.
Turkey Rock Ranch Estates - This is a very unique community located about 25 minutes north of Woodland Park. This subdivision is absolutely surrounded by National Forest. In fact to get to it, you must drive through the National Forest and it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. There are many stocked ponds for fishing and the residents love the trail system here.

Woodland Hills
- This subdivision is conveniently located in Woodland Park just off Highway 67 near the Red Mountain Adventure Park and within walking distance to Meadow Wood Sports Complex. It is an area with lots of trees and around 1/3 acre lots. Homes will be in the 70's. There are covenants, but no active HOA. No animals, or poultry, except domestic household pets. No travel trailers are supposed to be stored on your lot.
Woodland West - This community is just west of Woodland Park located right off Highway 24 down from the hospital. It's more of a rural community with larger lots. They don't allow horses, livestock, or poultry. Only dogs and cats. They are on a community water system.
