The Reserve at Tamarac

The Reserve at Tamarac is a covenanted neighborhood. The association contracts with an association management company to oversee the collection of assessments and for providing financial documents. The Reserve is located just a couple miles North of Woodland Park off to the right of Highway 67 right before the Shining Mountain Golf Course. This is an upper-end community in Woodland Park, and is close to downtown, schools, post office, and police station.

Dues – Mandatory. Dues are $250 per year per lot. Upon transfer of sale of property, the management company will charge $275 for a change of record fee and a $15 transfer fee. 

Animals? Household pets only. Pets must be on a leash or under control of property owner when outdoors.  

Horses Allowed? No

Chickens Allowed? No

Are Campers Allowed to be Stored on Lot? No

Fencing Allowed? Fencing must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to building. A detailed plan of the fence location and appearance is need in order to be approved by the Committee.

Are Modular or Manufactured Homes Allowed? No.


New Construction Information:

            All homes must be used for single-family residence only. All homes must have at least 1,800 finished square feet, and must have at least a two-car garage. Construction plans must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to building, or improving the home/landscape.
