New Construction Information:

            The floor of the main structure, exclusive of open porches and garages, must be at least 1400 sq. ft. Structures must not exceed 2 and ½ stories in height. The home must be built on sight, and parts must come from building material suppliers (some exceptions apply such as a log home kit approved by the Architectural Control Committee.) All construction must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to building.
