If you've been looking for a remote place to survive the zombie apocalypse or simply want a quiet place to get away from everything this is it. Surrounded on all sides by BLM land. Now please read this entire description because there are a number of quirks that make this property unique, cool, and remote. First of all the cabin that is located on the property is wired for power in the sense that it has outlets and light switches. It is not however anywhere near a power pole so in order to have power one would need to hook up a generator to the cabin. There is no running water in the cabin. There is however a year round spring on the property. That spring is not connected to the cabin at all and any water that is used needs to be carried to the cabin. However, and maybe most surprisingly, there is some kind of a septic system that the cabin drains to. Buyer to do due diligence as the seller isn't overly familiar with how that system works. The road that leads to the cabin starts just south of the tunnel on highway 67 and then dives down the valley towards Oil Creek.
