Colorado Mountain Estates is an architecturally controlled and covenanted subdivision located off Teller County Road 1 just four miles south of Florissant, Colorado, snuggly tucked in between Dome Rock State Wildlife Area and the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. It's a very typical mountain subdivision where the homes are tucked in here and there, up and down with the lay of the land. Fencing is allowed, but must not obstruct neighborhood views and shall be located within 30 feet of the road and cannot exceed 4' in height.
