Colorado Mountain Estates is an architecturally controlled and covenanted subdivision located off Teller County Road 1 just four miles south of Florissant, Colorado, snuggly tucked in between Dome Rock State Wildlife Area and the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. It's a very typical mountain subdivision where the homes are tucked in here and there, up and down with the lay of the land. Some home sites have awesome views, some have enormous rock formations, some sit in the wide open, and some are tucked away in trees. 

This subdivision is less than 20 minutes to Woodland Park (approximately 12 miles.)

Homes are on wells and septics.

There are covenants and an active HOA. Dues are mandatory in Filings 11 and 12 and where any lot owners have signed/recorded a consent for their lot to be in the HOA. Dues are $37.04/year. 

No horses or chickens are allowed.

Fencing is allowed, but must not obstruct neighborhood views and shall be located within 30 feet of the road and cannot exceed 4' in height. 

No firearms may be discharged within the subdivision.
