Highland Lakes is located in Divide, Colorado off CR 512. Basically, you go to the light in Divide, take a right onto CR 5, at the Y you go left onto CR 51. You take that to the end and it turns into CR 512.

Dues are $70/year and are voluntary, but if you do not pay them you cannot use the clubhouse or fish. Highland Lakes has association water and septic tanks. The water is metered and runs a minimum of $35/month.
