This community is located on Highway 24 West heading towards Divide at the intersection of Highway 24 and Piney Point Road right across from the new Pike’s Peak Regional Medical Center.

Most of the properties in this community have a more rural feel and bigger lot. The community consists of 140 single-family residences. 

There are covenants and there is an active HOA with mandatory dues of $30/year. 

The community is served by association water (WESTWOOD LAKES WATER DISTRICT) and septic tanks. There are several wells, a large storage tank, and a treatment facility for the water. Water mains distribute the water from the treatment facility throughout the subdivision and each home has a tap with shut off connecting to the mains. Water tap fees in this neighborhood are $20,000. 

Horses and chickens are not allowed. Household pets are allowed but limited to two.
