Ranch Estates Road and Fire Association dues are $250.00 per year. They are prorated when you move in and ensure the plowing of the roads. All of the roads are plowed when the snow fall reaches 2 to 3 inches. The association maintains the roads all year long, using two plow trucks, road grader, sander and disc.
