Rainbow Valley is a covenant-protected community tucked away on the western slope of Pikes Peak, located south of Divide off Highway 67 going towards Cripple Creek. The winding roads through its 540 lots are maintained by Teller County. The community sits on both sides of Highway 67. The community is made up of year-round residents and vacationers/vacation homes. Most of the homes are tucked here and there, up and down the winding roads...some with extraordinary views! The commute to Colorado Springs would be approximately 40 minutes.
