The Reserve is an upper end covenanted community. The HOA contracts with a management company to oversee collection of assessments and for providing financial documents.

The Reserve is located north of Woodland Park off Highway 67 North near Fairway Pines (the golf course community). 

Homes in this community are on city water and sewer. 

There are covenants and an active HOA. Dues are $250/year. The management company will charge $275 for a change of record fee and a $15 transfer fee for a real estate transaction. 

No horses or chickens are allowed. Household pets only. 

You cannot store your camper on your lot. 

Fencing must be approved by the architectural review committee.
