Welcome to Spring Valley

Spring Valley is located approximately 3 1/2 miles north of Divide, Colorado. This subdivision was originally platted in the 1960's-1970's. Most of the parcels in Spring Valley are about an acre in size. There are approximately 365 parcels in Spring Valley and about 2/3rds of them have residential structures built on them. 

This community has two lakes (Burgess Lake and Shadow Lake) and three ponds. The roads in Spring Valley are maintained by Teller County and they do an excellent job clearing the roads. 

Ice fishing is allowed in the winter when there is a green flag up and the pond is cleared for ice skating. 

The water here is Association Water maintained by Valley Maintenance Corporation and the properties will be on septic tanks. There is natural gas in this area.
