Fairway Pines is our golf course community. It is an upper end community located north of Woodland Park off Highway 67 North.  Some of these homes border the Shining Mountain Golf Course. This community does have covenants but there is no active HOA, although there is a design committee that you must consult. Residents in this community get a chance to see wildlife, such as elk, cross the golf course. 

  • Homes in this community are on city water and sewer. 
  • No horses or chickens are allowed but you can have 4 household pets (read the covenants for more details.)
  • You may store your camper on your lot, but it must be stored within an enclosure so that it is not visible (RV garage). 
  • Split rail fencing is allowed. 

This is a golf course community, therefore it is important to remember that people may go onto your property to retrieve their golf balls. Golf balls may be hit in the direction of your home as well.
