Professional Background
I began my career over a decade ago in the United States Air Force as a Structural Craftsman, where I gained hands-on experience across nearly every phase of construction, from excavation and concrete to electrical and plumbing. That foundation has shaped my practical, problem-solving approach to real estate.
Since transitioning into civilian life, I’ve successfully completed multiple fix-and-flip projects and, in early 2025, launched my first short-term rental (STR) in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. I take pride in leveraging my construction expertise and real-world investing experience to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and deliver creative solutions to both minor and complex real estate challenges.
Personal Background
I grew up in the South, moving between Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. Driven to pursue greater opportunity, I joined the Air Force at 19, a decision that took me around the world, with assignments in Alaska, Montana, and ultimately Colorado. I’ve always been drawn to the mountains for their restorative impact on both mind and soul.
I’m married to my amazing wife, Kathryn, and we have a young daughter, Ellie. As a family, we spend as much time as possible outdoors; hiking, climbing, camping, and snowboarding, so you’ll often find us exploring the Colorado mountains together.
Why Work With Me?
Growing up, no one in my immediate family had the opportunity to own property. That reality shaped my passion for real estate and my commitment to helping others achieve the same goal. Having personally navigated the challenges of ownership and investing, I understand the hurdles and how to overcome them.
I combine construction knowledge, real estate expertise, and a solutions-driven mindset to help clients turn their goals into reality. More than just facilitating transactions, I aim to build long-term relationships and serve as a trusted resource for all your property needs for years to come
